Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of TPRM domain in Banking industry (deep understanding of the industry, emerging trends, issues/challenges, kVendorplayers & leading practices) during the requirement gathering sessions with the client’s stakeholders.
• Knowledge and exposure of RBI Circulars pertaining to Financial Outsourcing, IT outsourcing, risk assessment methodologies, TPRM Framework, TPSA, GDPR, Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), the Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on complex TPRM challenges, regulatory requirements, and emerging industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the bank (Client) to deliver integrated TPRM solutions that address holistic needs and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate and influence business decision makers – effectively translating process and technical gaps into business risk.
• Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use ServiceNow to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
• Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on TPRM Automation project.
• Engage with each stakeholder for creation and review of BRD and FRD’s or user stories while being present in the client locations.
• Perform functional testing, unit testing and integration testing, applicable as part of the quality assurance plan for each system release based on the requirement communicated by the IDEC team members.
• Communicate the identified functional bugs/errors in the testing environment to the development team in coordination with Testers. The team will document and maintain the results of test cases in the test report.

Responsibilities

• Creation of Test Cases and Test Scenario basis the BRD and FRD. Both shall be created in the application utilised by the Bank (Client).
• Vendor team members will be performing the following activities which are covered under Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) a. Test Planning b. Test Case Development (as per bank user’s requirement)
• c. Test Case Execution d. Test Cycle Closure
• The team under the bank’s supervision will prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plan and, as per the plan, will execute various test scenarios in the test environment.
• Update the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) which maps and trace the bank’s requirement with planned test cases to determine where and how the required functionality have been implemented in the system.
• Perform functional testing, unit testing and integration testing, applicable as part of the quality assurance plan for each system release based on the requirement communicated by the CLIENT team members.
• Mandatory Requirement – ServiceNow TPRM
