ABD Sales Performance Analyst/Senior Analyst will be responsible for Sales Operations initiatives related to Outbound, Inbound, Chat and Customer Lifecycle Inside Sales Team to support key sales objectives. ABD Phone Sales team is 500+heads, drives ~400 Mn business annually and is aggressively growing. This individual would be focused on delivering results on multiple high profile initiatives across Phone Sales business. The Sales Performance Analyst, functions as an integral part of the sales operations team to manage compensations processes for GBD Sales Organization Reps, managing compensation rules in the compensation tool, reporting around attainment, Quota setting for sales rep, making sure that compensation and revenue actuals are followed and completed within the required timelines provided. We are looking for energetic, engaging individuals who appreciates working with data, complex rules, orders, attainment etc. This position is responsible for interacting on a regular basis with various cross functional teams like Sales, Scrum, Marketing, Finance, Cloudtech, CTI etc.
