Job Description :
1. L2 Support Engineer – PYTHON SCRIPTING & UNIX
Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux.
Proficient in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting (including large datasets).
Skilled in Python or any scripting language for automation and data transformation.
Able to independently handle L2 support activities.
Familiar with L3 support tasks (incident resolution, escalations, root cause analysis).
Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Can read, understand, and write code.
Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
2. L2 Support Engineer – JAVA DEBUGGING, UNIX & SQL
Strong experience in production support (80% focus).
Capable of Java code debugging and minor enhancements (20% focus).
Proficient in Unix/Linux and SQL.
Able to handle issues independently and perform root cause analysis.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Clear and effective communicator with technical and non-technical teams.
Banking domain experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
