IT – Infrastructure Projects Technical Consultant – End User Productivity
Experience with ITIL processes, managed services, help desk systems and related activities including ability to troubleshoot alerts.
Mandatory:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the IT industry out of which 8 years in Technical Consulting
Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
Hands-on technical experience with leading infrastructure solutions from suppliers such as, but not limited to, Microsoft (Windows 10/O365), Apple iOS, Android clients and associated mobile enabling technologies from VMware, CA, Citrix and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure & AWS)
Solid experience within end user computing environments, such as Solutioning/implementation of Digital/Modern workspace.
Design and implement Mobile device management tools such VMware workspace one, endpoint manager.
Good knowledge in client operating systems such as Apple OS’s, Andriod and Windows
Knowledge in application packaging and deployment for various mobile device platforms
Experience in managing Apple devices
Experience in design and implementation of Windows Auto pilot and Windows hello for business.
Knowledge in Azure AD, SCCM, Federations services (Ping or AD)
