Job Description :
Business Analyst: (Shift Timings- 12pm-9pm)
Over 5 yrs experience working as Business Analyst in IT industry
Comprehensive knowledge and exp in Software Development Life Cycle SDLC with both Waterfall & Agile Scrum methodologies.
Proficient in creating documents like Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements Document (RFD) and Functional specifications document (FSD)
Expert in interacting with stakeholders, SMEs, end-users and uderstand, analyse, communicate and validate requirements
Data Analysis:
Extract data from various internal and external sources using data extraction tools.
Clean and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Good knowledge about Data Analysis, data lake and Data Warehousing concepts.
Reporting:
Create regular reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights.
Present findings to leadership and stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Must have experience in creating dashboards, charts, graphs and periodic reports on Power BI or Tableau or Qlikview
Should be able to identify data patterns, trends and abnormalities and present findings/observations/recommendations to stakeholders.
